On August 16, 2025, PEOPLE advanced its Path to Progress 2030 initiative by hosting a dynamic panel discussion on “AI in HR” at the People Perfect office in Karachi, in collaboration with TechTitans Pakistan. This session convened top HR leaders to examine how artificial intelligence is redefining talent strategy, enabling smarter decision-making, and accelerating organizational transformation.
The discussion featured a distinguished panel including Haris Hussain, Sr. VP HR at Bank Islami; Tanya A., Director Talent at Ogilvy Pakistan; Haris Tabassum, Group Head HR at Gerry’s Group; and Ali Tahir, Group Head HR at SJ&C Pharmaceutical Group. The session was expertly moderated by Xenab Ansari, Trainer (DEI), who steered the dialogue with incisive questions and actionable perspectives.
Panelists explored key themes such as AI-driven talent acquisition, personalization of employee experience, predictive analytics for HR planning, and the ethical dimensions of integrating AI into HR practices.
