Corporate Training Companies

Founder and CEO of the Ford Motor Company, Henry Ford, said that “The only thing worse than training your employees and letting them leave is not training your employees and having them stay.” In today’s rapidly changing landscape, Companies need to invest in the training of their employees for a variety of reasons which include:

  • Employee Motivation and Engagement
  • Enhancement of Organizational Productivity
  • Acquisition of the latest knowledge and trends
  • Adoption of the newest technologies
  • Making staff more presentable and well-groomed

People Perfect™’s efforts for improving the Workforce

In 2019, People Perfect™ recruited and provided training to under-privileged women to set up a home-based restaurant that they could operate through the popular local delivery app called Food Panda. Areas of training included Entrepreneurial Skills, Basics of Marketing, Introduction to MS Excel and Accounting and Food Hygiene and Safety. None of the women were charged for this training as the primary motive of the assignment was to empower women in and provide them an opportunity towards financial independence.

Throughout the past 20 years, we have provided vocational training to Afghan Refugees, Grooming training to Housekeeping staff as well as strategic training to top-level executives. All of this contributes towards a greater and more empowered national workforce which we believe is the responsibility of all Training Companies.
