Challenges of Large Workforces

On April 19, 2025, PEOPLE continued its Path to Progress 2030 initiative by hosting an insightful panel discussion on “Challenges of Large Workforces” at the PEOPLE Karachi Office. This impactful session brought together top HR leaders to explore the complexities and strategies involved in managing and empowering extensive employee bases in dynamic organizational settings.

The discussion featured a powerhouse panel of industry experts including Hassan Arshad, Chief People Officer at IBL Holdings; Kashan Akram, Head of HR at Cnergyico; Qazi Adnan, GM HR at Artistic Milliners; and Uzma Safdar, Global HR Head at Herbion. The session was thoughtfully moderated by Akhter-un-Nisa Dar, Deputy GM HR at Soorty Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
